The motor horn has a casing enclosing the current interrupting means and the electromagnetic sound producing unit. The current interrupting means is formed by an U shaped plastics moulding (1) with two arms, between which is located, from top to bottom, a supply contact (4), a metal spring blade (5) carrying an interrupter contact (51), an insulating spring strip (6), a second metal spring blade (7) carrying the second interrupter contact (71), an insulating disc (8) and lastly a second supply contact (9). The second metal spring blade (7) has a hole (72) through which a control element of the electromagnetic unit passes, so as to act on the insulating spring strip (6) and separate the two interrupter contacts (51 71).
