<p>The cover prevents accidents during work on flat roofs caused by falls through uncovered roof light openings. Mutually adjustable frame elements are fitted with iron mountings meshing with each other. The mountings have bolts penetrating the thickness of the frames and protruding downwards into the opening to be protected. The frame parts consist of two telescopically sliding pieces provided with lateral holes parallel to the plane of the opening to be covered. Pins fix the length of each frame leg, once it has been adjusted to suit the size of the roof opening. The inner edges of the frame legs are provided with snap hooks to which the edges of the safety net or foil are attached.</p> |
