PURPOSE:To increase the conversion efficiency by decreasing simply the impurity concentration toward the PN junction in the semiconductor layer which has a different conduction type from the master crystal and by forming at least one of the diffusion mask, reflection preventing film or the surface protective film through CVD method. |
