<p>The arrangements is intended for controlling the power absorbed by a multiple pump unit consisting of at least two pumps (2, 3, 4) of which one (2) has constant delivery per revolution whilst at least one (3, 4) is adjustable. Control pistons 13, 14, 17) receive the pressure of the respective pumps and act on the interconnected (7) control members (5, 6) of the adjustable pumps. The piston (13) of the constant-delivery pump (2) has a bearing on the housing to vary the force exerted by the piston as a function of its stroke. The action at the same time is dependant on the position of the control member (5) or of the control piston (14, 17) of the adjustable pump.</p> |
