C atoms between O and N Q = , = CHPh, or where R = H, (1-6 C) alkyl, Ph, or lower alkylphenyl X = O, S or SO2 All benzene rings in (I) may be substd., e.g. by lower alkyl, lower Oalkyl, lower Salkyl, lower SOalkyl, lower SO2alkyl, CF3, or halogen (II) N=B = (5-9 C) polymethyleneimino with (5-7) ring atoms, , and where R2 = H, lower alkyl or Ph, and X and Y are as for (I). (B) Acid addn. and quaternary ammonium salts of (I). Hypotensives, coronary vasodilators, anti-coagulants, anti-convulsants, C.N.S. depressants, anti-inflammatories, and enzyme inhibitors.</p> |
