Granular material fusion plant with pulsating flame - has fusion chamber enclosed with material to be treated

The plant for fusion and decomposition of high melting temp. granular material has melting chamber with pulsating flame heating. The pulsating flame is directed vertically from above into the melting chamber which has bottom outlet. This plant is used for treatment of raw materials and also waste, which include materials usually treated in blast, shaft and drum furnaces. Rocks, ores coal, metallurgical materials mixtures and slags and domestic and industrial waste can be also treated. The material to be processed is enclosed by the same material. This enclosing material (1) conducts hot gases flowing at right angles to material flow path. The fused material (6) is treated within pressurised chamber (4). The circulating hot gas is directed through chamber walls formed by the material to be treated into gas chambers so that the material is preheated.
