The wall is made up of an inner and an outer cladding (3) with a core of concrete (4). The inner and outer claddings (3) are held in position by means of spacer pieces (1, 2, 5). Each spacer consists of a screw socket (1) inserted into one of the cladding sections. A screw bolt (2) is inserted through the other cladding and into the screw socket (1). The outer and inner cladding (3) have heat and sound insulating insertions pieces.
