<p>PURPOSE:To improve fireproofness and sound insulating capacity of party walls by cutting a ceiling joist when fixing a prefabricated party wall for inside eaves, and by fixing, at the same time, the ends of the cut sections of the ceiling joist to a supporting plate at both sides of the party wall. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling joist 58 is cut when installing a prefabricated party wall panel 48 for inside eaves to an attic party well panel 5. Ends of the cut sections are then fixed to a supporting plate 51 that is connecting the attic party wall panel 5 and the party wall 48 for the inside eaves together. Fireproof boards are also stuck to the ends of the ceiling joists 58. Thereby party walls having high fireproofness and excellent sound insulating capacity can be obtained.</p> |
