<p>The retractable step for access to a caravan comprises two open-ended sleeves (2) adjacent the edge (10) of the caravan floor (1). The step consists of at least one rung (30) connecting two parallel bars (4a,4b), which pivot about the free ends (5a,5b) of tubes (6) sliding in the sleeves (2). The tubes (6) can move between two extreme positions in one both they and the steps are contained within the sleeves and another in which they are withdrawn from the sleeves, allowing the steps to pivot down into a deployed position.</p> |
