摘要

PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain good electric output signals even ubder slight pressure and improve ambient temperature and aging characteristics by transmitting fluid pressures to a diaphragm thereby converting them to displacements and deflecting the photoimage on the photosensitive face of a light receiving element using these displacements thereby converting these to electric signals.
