Disclosed are an acupuncture point stimulator and an acupuncture point stimulating device having the same. The acupuncture point stimulator according to the present invention comprises: an outer case unit having an operational space therein, and having a connection hole in an upper side thereof; a pressure rod installed in the inside of the outer case unit, and upwardly and downwardly moved according to the operational space to be moved to the inside of and to the outside of the connection hole; a measuring object unit connected with a lower side of the pressure rod to be upwardly and downwardly moved with the pressure rod, and having magnetism; a moving object unit including iron, and upwardly and downwardly moved in the operational space along with the measuring object unit; a moving distance measuring unit disposed in the outer case unit, and measuring an upward and downward movement distance of the measuring object unit; a driving unit disposed in the inside of the outer case unit, and generating magnetism by being provided with electricity so as to upwardly and downwardly move the moving object unit; and an elastic support member installed to penetrate through the driving unit, and elastically supporting the moving object unit in a direction toward the connection hole. The movement of the pressure rod may be adjusted, so more precise acupuncture point stimulation may be performed.
