PURPOSE:To eliminate the irregularities in the charging and developing operations to make it possible to develope an electrostatic image of low surface potential partly by applying toners of a preset resistance to the surface of a movable member and partly by bringing a frictionally charging member into contact with the toner layer after the uniformalization. |
