Hook for mounting a glass roof section on gutter - has U-shaped end which fits over edge of support

A hook for supporting glass plates on a gutter has a flat section with a U-shaped end which fits over the edge of the support. The short leg of the U is bent inwards in a V shape towards the long leg. The support is then clamped in the hook which can still move slightly. Pref. the hook is coated with a plastics material. The glass plates are prevented from moving and thus are protected against the wind, and corrosion of the hook is eliminated. Normally there is some play between the support and the hook which allows the glass to move and even be damaged by wind. The hook normally corrodes rapidly. Thus design is protected. The hook stays in place while the window is being mounted.
