<p>A clip and mounting system utilizing such a clip designed to adhesively mount devices to a surface, such as a windshield. The system includes a mounting member adapted to be slid over and clamped to a base plate member which is bonded to the surface. The system includes spring means which permits differential expansion between the members without significantly altering the clamping load between the members and the stress on the adhesive bond.</p> |
