A tertiary base of the formula: <IMAGE> and its acid addition and quaternary ammonium salts is described. The compounds exhibit strong antihistaminic activity in animals. There is also described and claimed a method for their preparation and use as therapeutic agents in the form of therapeutic compositions. |
