Vegetable slicing and dicing machine - has adjustable blade for varying thickness of slice

The vegetable slicing machine has a fixed flat surface (b) with a blade (c) and a recess (d) for the attachment of a potato chipping blade. The movable surface is corrugated and is raised above the level of the fixed blade by a distance (h). The height (h) by which the corrugated surface is raised above the level of the fixed surface (b) can be adjusted by the knob (g) mounted at the side of the machine. A separate cylindrical vegetable holder has flexible blades which engage slots (f) along the side of the machine. This enables the holder to be turned through 90 deg. in order to dice the vegetables.
