Furniture lock for horizontally hinged panels - has smooth face from which emerges locking bolt on locking

The lock is used for horizontally hinged panels and is smoothly sunk into a bore seat in the furniture. In the open position this lock presents a smooth flow face. The locking bolt emerges from this face for engaging with a locking plate in the furniture body. The lock is held in a shallow seat and an ordinary key with optional mandrel can be used. The lock has a sliding bolt (8) which has a slider in place of the locking tongue. This slider engages with a locking flap (3) with an eccentric pivoting bearing (7). The locking flap (3) is held in the lock housing (1) so that it rotates. The locking flap (3) is swung out through a right angle from the lock when the lock is actuated by a key.
