EXAMPLE:L-alanine-D-isoglutaminyl-N<epsilon>-acetyl-L-lysyl-D-alanylgl ycylglycylglycine methylester trifluoroacetic acid salt. USE:Prophylactic agent and carcinostatic agent. PROCESS:Proper amino acids are condensed at the C-terminals by stepwise elongation process to obtain a compound of formula III[R<1>'=R<1>; R<3>', R<6>'=R<3>, R<6>; R<4>'' is acyl; X' is group of formula IV (R<9> and R<10> are H or protecting group)].
