PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the processing of an energy absorption means and enlarge a pay out amount of a belt and a absorbable energy. SOLUTION: A bobbin 12 is fitted on a rotary shaft 11 and an energy absorption means 15 is fixed on the outer periphery surface of this bobbin 12. The energy absorption means 15 bent the metal sheet like aluminum is composed of a fixed part 20 for fixing to the bobbin 12, plural wound parts 22 arranged at a prescribed interval for winding up a belt 21 and a connection part 23 for connecting the fixed part 20 with the wound part 22. In this seat belt take-up device 1, as the energy absorption means 15 is formed by the bending of a metal sheet, the processing becomes easy and as the height H of the connection part 23 is not restricted in processing, an absorbable energy can be enlarged by raising this height H. |
