<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management system capable of executing detail work instruction and result calculation without lowering working efficiency, and instantaneously coping with the change of a plan, and contributing to the improvement of the work by extracting any wasteful work. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a production plan preparing means (server terminal 2) for preparing a work plan in each work unit for each machine kind based on a production plan, a work instructing means (server terminal 2, work instructing terminal 4, and voice recognizing and responding system 5 or the like) for issuing work instructions to an operator based on the work plan prepared by the production plan preparing means, a work result inputting means (work instructing terminal 4 and head set 14 or the like) for inputting work result information related with the progressing situation of the work to the work instructed by the work instructing means, and a communicating means (Ethernet (registered trademark) 6, token ring 8, PHS 14d or the like) for transferring information by connecting the production plan preparing means, the work instructing means, and the work result inputting means to each other.</p> |
