<p>PURPOSE:To make harmless of the bad smell and the white fume in gas during preheating scrap to high temp. and after preheating the scrap in the melting method for scrap. CONSTITUTION:In the melting method for scrap, the gas generated at the time of melting the scrap is adjusted to nonoxiding gas and the preheating of the scrap is executed with this gas, and the bad smell and the white fume are perfectly burnt and made to be harmless by using this gas after preheating at >=700-800 deg.C combustion gas temp. The resynthesis of the bad smell and the white fume in the gas is restrained by rapidly cooling the gas after burning with a boiler or a water heater.</p> |
