A method for managing the mobility of high speed intra domain using a dual interface in wireless LAN/MAN is provided to reduce power consumption, to improve stability according to electric wave characteristic, and to reduce ping-pong effect. A method for managing mobility of a high speed intra domain using a dual interface in wireless LAN/MAN includes the steps of: mounting two LAN or MAN interfaces on a mobile node or a mobile terminal to prevent data loss or time delay caused by handover when moving the mobile node, measuring the intensity of electric wave of adjacent AP by using the unoccupied LAN or MAN based on the alternate make-before-break principle, and preparing handover alternatively with the occupied LAN or MAN; and performing handover between APs with high speed to the two LAN or MAN interfaces by using the intensity of electric wave of the measured adjacent APs. |
