PURPOSE:To achieve a packaging printed circuit board appearance inspection device which can reduce entire operation time by preventing operation of an operation means from being limited by operation of a data-detection means. CONSTITUTION:A frame memory 4 for storing data of electronic parts 2 in packaged state on a printed circuit board 1 to be inspected is a dual port. The data of the electronic parts 2 in packaged state which is sampled by a data detection means 3 is alternately stored in an ODD region 41 and an EVEN region 42 of the frame memory 4. Data which is stored in the other region 42 or 41 is read, processed, and judged by an operation means 5 while data is stored in either region 41 or 42. Data storage for the frame memory 4 by the data detection means 3 and reading, processing, and judgment of data from the frame memory 4 by the operation means 5 are performed simultaneously.
