PURPOSE:To obtain a water-soluble lubricant for working copper and copper alloys, excellent in dispersion stablity, long-term stability, and anticorrosiveness by incorporating a straight-chain aliphatic primary amine therein. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. water-soluble lubricant is mixed with 0.2-10 pts.wt. straight-chain aliphatic primary amine (8-20C) (e.g. n-dodecylamine) to give a water-soluble lubricant for the working, such as cutting, grinding, drawing, wire drawing, pressing, and rolling, of copper and copper alloys. |
