PURPOSE:To obtain the spherical ceramic granules capable of preparing a stable suspension without using a surfactant, a coagulating agent, etc., not having depressions, excellent in flowability, and capable of being crushed into sizes approximately near to the sizes of ceramic particles with low pressures and of being efficiently molded. CONSTITUTION:The pH of a slurry suspension prepared by mixing the powder of ceramic raw materials with a binder, a plasticizer and a medium is adjusted to 2.5-5.0 or 10.5-12.5, and the suspension is spray-dried to produce the ceramic granules. |
