A shift control apparatus of a manual transmission is provided to enhance a design freedom by reducing an interval in shifting and selecting due to a component tolerance. A shift control apparatus of a manual transmission includes a supporting member, a shift device, a select rod, and a select arm. The supporting member(110) is fixed inside a transmission housing. The shift device(120) has a first rotary gear(121), and is formed in the supporting member with formation capable of being rotated by a shift lever. The select rod(140) is engaged with the first rotary gear, includes a second rotary gear(130) having a control finger(131) for controlling a shift lug, and is elastically supported in the supporting member parallel with the shift device. The select arm(150) includes a cam which is positioned in an end part of the select rod, and is rotated by the select lever.
