PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure stable ice storage by making difficult release of a supercooled state of supercooling water in a supercooler, and increase ice heat storage effect by lowering temperature of supercooled water cooled by the supercooler. SOLUTION: An ice storage apparatus comprises a supercooler 6 for supercooling water 4 to zero degree or lower with the aid of cooling fluid 2 circulated and supplied from a refrigerating machine 3, an ice storage tank 8 for storing ice 7 produced by subjecting spercooled water 5 to a phase change to the ice 7 by releasing a supercooled state of the supercooled water 5 from a supercooler 6, and a water supply flow passage 15 for supplying the water 4 from the ice storage tank 8 to the supercooler 6. In the apparatus there is further provided a bioceramics processor 40 in the ice storage tank 8.
