<p>PURPOSE:To quickly and perfectly execute extraction and removal of zinc from steel sheet with an extracting solution by arranging a movable vessel allowing the extracting solution to flow through in a fixed vessel, charging galvanized steel sheet waste into the movable vessel and oscillating the movable vessel. CONSTITUTION:A zinc extracting vessel 1 is constituted of the fixed vessel 2 and the movable vessel 3 arranged in the fixed vessel 2 and providing a passage enabling the extracting solution to flow. The glavanized steel sheet waste 7 is charged into the movalbe 3 in the extracting vessel 1 and the movable vessel 3 is oscillated with a driving device 4, and while vertically standing the galvanized steel sheet waste 7, the extraction of zinc is executed with an extracting solution (sulfuric acid). At this time, plural projecting members 5 are arranged in the fixed vessel 1 and the movable vessel 3 is vertically moved and the extracting treatment may be executed while vertically standing the galvanized steel sheet waste 7. When the extraction is completed, the steel sheet waste 7' is carried into a drying yard 11 through a staying vessel 9 and a washing vessel 10. By this method, removing process of zinc is shortened and cost can be drastically reduced.</p> |
