PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a lead wire leading a core wire for joint capable of simply and effectively inserting the core wire into a common hole formed by mutually engaging loops installed on both ends of felt. SOLUTION: This lead wire 1 has a large diameter part 9 on the end part to form a common hole 6 capable of inserting a tip 13 into a forward loop 5 mutually engaged by enlarging the common hole 6 and mutually drawing near both end parts 3.4 of the felt 2 according to the advance of the lead wire 1. The large diameter part 9 is composed of a deformable elastic material capable of reducing its size. The large diameter part 9 constitutes a structure obtained by folding the nose part of the wire material composing the lead wire.
