<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a mounting operation of a top die by surely suppressing wires laid down in a groove of a molding die into the groove. <P>SOLUTION: The wire harness is molded with a resin mold in a wiring form by inserting a group of a number of wires branched in a plurality of branches from a concentrated bifurcation point into a groove of the molding die except for a vicinity of connectors at terminals of the branched wires. After the group of wires are arranged in a groove fitted to a lower die of the molding die, a protector equipped with small holes for resin flow made of a resin molded product is set as a lid of the group of wires, and the top die is clamped in a state that the group of wires is pressed into the groove by the protector, and resin is filled in the groove in the state that the group of wires are arranged in the groove of the lower die, or after clamping the top die, and the protector as well as the group of wires is molded with the resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
