<p>The invention concerns a cycle rim comprising in cross-section two lateral flanks (4, 5) linked by bridges (7, 8), the flanks having each an outer braking surface (5, 6) in their top part. At least one flank (4) is provided at the braking surface with at least one abrasion indicator (10) formed by a recess (14) arranged in the flank wall over a depth less than the rim flank thickness and the recess is filled with a block of filling material which is flush with the rim braking surface. The invention also concerns a cycle wheel equipped with such a rim.</p> |
