PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain adjustment of one point for optical output adjustment and duty adjustment with respect to an optical transmission circuit where its optical output is made stable. SOLUTION: The optical transmission circuit is provided with a semiconductor laser 1, a drive circuit 2 that supplies a drive current to the semiconductor laser 1, a duty variable circuit 3 that controls a duty factor of data DATA received by this drive voltage 2, an adjustment circuit 5 that initialized an optical output power control signal to control an optical output of the semiconductor laser 1 and a conversion circuit 4 that receives the optical output power control signal, converts it into a control signal to control the duty factor with a characteristic reverse to that of the optical output and gives the converted control signal to the duty variable circuit 3. |
