The invention refers to the plant-growing and may be used for increasing the plant frost and draught resistance. Summary of the invention consists in presawing cereal grains treatment with a micro-crystalline cellulose water solution of the formula: [C6H7O2(OH)]n the concentration of which constitutes 0,01...0,03% at the dispense quantity of 10...15 L per 1 t of cereals.
