PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a shoe having a seamless integrally molded structure which makes wearing feeling of a user comfortable with respect to a shoe and the manufacturing method of the shoe.SOLUTION: A wear port of an inner stocking is made enter an inner part of a surface stocking, two stockings are properly laid over a stocking-knitting machine, low-melting yarn and nylon elastic yarn are knitted into the inner stocking, low-melting yarn, nylon elastic yarn and fixed form yarn are knitted into the surface stocking, two stockings are integrally knitted and molded by the stocking-knitting machine, thereafter, a hollow mold is made enter an inner part of the surface stocking, baking is performed to slightly destroy a surface structure of the yarn, then, the fixed-form yarn on a knitted fabric is reorganized to a prescribed form in accordance with a shape of an outer fixed mold by cooling, with respect to a part of a sole, the surface stocking is formed in a prescribed form, thereafter, the sole is directly bonded to a bottom part of the surface stocking to attain bonding between the sole and the surface stocking and, thereby, the shoe having a seamless integrated molded structure and a manufacturing method of the shoe having the seamless integrated molded structure are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
