PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense cold drink in a short time by speedily cooling a necessary amount of drink to be drunk among the drink stored in a drink tank at room temperature. SOLUTION: A lower tank part 10c having small internal capacity is projected and molded at the bottom part of an upper tank part 10b of the drink tank 10 stored in a water tank 12 where cooling water is stored. On the external surface side of the lower tank part 10c, part 14a of a vaporizing pipe 14 is arranged in a winding state at a specific interval. With the water tank 12, a 1st communicating pipe 22 linked with the storage space 12a where the cooling water is stored and a 2nd communicating pipe 24 linked with the storage space 12a through a path different from that of the 1st communicating pipe 22 are linked and connected through a circulation pump 26, which is actuated to circulate the cooling water in the water tank 12. The outlet 24a of the 2nd communicating pipe 24 is directed to the bottom surface of a lower tank part 10c and the cooling water discharged from the outlet 24a abuts against the bottom surface of the lower tank part 10c.
