An apparatus for producing frictional geo-membrane sheets is provided to attach or melt thermoplastic resin powder onto sheets easily. An apparatus for producing frictional geo-membrane sheets includes a thermoplastic resin powder applying unit(10), a circular wind shield(20), a nozzle(60), a transfer unit(30), a driving unit(40), and a controller. The thermoplastic resin powder applying unit has blades arranged beneath a hopper(11) for supplying thermoplastic resin powder. The thermoplastic resin powder applying unit discharges thermoplastic resin powder in a horizontal direction by operating a driving motor equipped with a blower fan when thermoplastic resin powder is fallen by the blades. The circular wind shield prevents thermoplastic resin powder from being blown by air discharged in an upward direction during formation of bubble. The nozzle discharges thermoplastic resin powder blown by the thermoplastic resin powder applying unit. The transfer unit has an outer surface with a gear. The driving unit drives the transfer unit. The controller controls the amount and speed of thermoplastic resin powder discharged through the nozzle by controlling rotation speed of the thermoplastic resin powder applying unit and the driving unit.
