PURPOSE:To obtain a fault information circuit storing a fault output signal and the history thereof in a fault flag F/F to easily analyze a fault. CONSTITUTION:Fault detection circuits 1-3 are provided and the fault detection signals 101-103 outputted from said circuits are supplied to fault flags F/F 21-23 and inhibit circuits 11-13. The fault flags FF 21-23 and second fault flags FF 41-43 are latch type flip-flops and continuously hold a logical value '1' until a logical value '0' is set by scanning operation when they once store the logical value '1'. An OR circuit 30 outputs the logical value '1' when the logical value '1' is set to at least one of the fault flags F/F 21-23. The fault information signal 130 being the output signal of the OR circuit 30 is supplied to a fault diagnosing circuit and the inhibit circuits 11-13. |
