The present invention relates to an absorbable periodontal bone regeneration membrane having a growth factor and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to an absorbable periodontal bone regeneration membrane, in which the absorbable periodontal bone regeneration membrane is manufactured by impregnating a biodegradable polymer with the growth factor, thus exposure phenomenon of the periodontal bone regeneration membrane and inconvenience of a secondary removal surgery, which are caused by thinness of gingival tissues while an insufficient alveolar bone is recovering to a normal level, do not occur, and in addition, osteogenesis and regeneration of neighboring tissues and the gingival tissues are boosted. The biodegradable polymer is maintained until the osteogenesis is sufficiently completed in a body, thus a high capability for space maintenance is expected. The membrane for the periodontal bone regeneration is completely dissolved at a point when the osteogenesis is completed, so that the membrane need not be removed by the secondary surgery. A bone regeneration period is shortened by improving a function for the osteogenesis and regeneration of neighboring tissues and the gingival tissues, and maintenance of the regeneration due to the growth factor impregnated into the biodegradable polymer.
