PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaler for animal which can be manipulated with the sensation of working with own fingertip nails and hardly enters the field of view of the animal during working.SOLUTION: A finger tip mounted safety scaler 100 includes a ring part 102 capable of fitting to the finger tip and a scraping part 104 which is attached to the ring part 102 and scrapes the dental calculus and the dental plaque attached to the dental surface. The scraping part 104 is mostly formed in a shape of the human finger nail and the whole tip of the scraping part 104 is placed closer to the shaft center than the outer periphery of the ring part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
