A vessel having an outer cylindrical jacket with flanges formed on its ends that position an inner liner which defines a processing chamber. The flanges are bolted to connecting rings which cooperate with the ends of the liner to support it and seal the processing chamber from the space between the jacket and the liner, while permitting easy replacement of the liner.
