PURPOSE:To improve the critical current density of a Tl superconductive material by adding Ti or Zr to a Tl-alkaline earth element-Cu-O superconductor material. CONSTITUTION:Raw material powder prepared by adding Ti or Zr to Tl, an alkaline earth element and Cu in a Ti or Zr/Cu ratio of 0.005-0.07 is press- molded to prepare a target. The target is sputtered to form a thin film on a single crystal substrate, and the thin film is annealed in an oxygen atmosphere and subsequently treated with oxygen gas. |
