<p>PURPOSE:To operate a regenerator at a stable temp. without using an expensive oxygen concentration detecting controller by providing a gas flowmeter on inlet piping of a reactor of a regenerating process, providing a gas flow detecting controller on piping from which oxygen, etc., is mixed in the inlet piping and controlling the gas flow detecting controller by a signal from the gas flowmeter. CONSTITUTION:A gas flowmeter 81, an amplifier 80 to which a detecting signal of the gas flowmeter 81 is inputted and a gas flow detecting controller 79 which detects and controls the flow rate in piping 23 taking an output signal of the amplifier 80 for the set value are installed in piping 29. And a valve 41 in the piping 23 is controlled by an operating signal of the gas flow detecting controller 79 to control oxygen concentration in the piping 24 to the prescribed value, causing a regenerator to be operated at a stable temp.</p> |
