The present invention relates to a swimming assist device, comprising: a body part made of an elastic material and configured to be worn on a body; a power supply unit mounted on the body part to supply a power thereto; a sensor unit disposed on one surface of the body part and sensing biometric data by being in contact with the body; an analysis unit for analyzing the biometric data acquired in the sensor unit; and a stimulation unit for applying electrical stimulation to the body according to a result analyzed in the analysis unit. Accordingly, when a wearing part of a user has a cramp or is stiffened, the stimulation unit mounted inside the swimming assist device is operated to relax muscle through electrical stimulation, thereby preventing life from being lost by an accident while swimming in the water. Also, a heat ray is installed on the swimming assist device to maintain a body temperature from 28 to 35C, thereby preventing an accident from being occurred due to hypothermia. In addition, by disposing tapes, which can be attached to or detached from, on both ends of the swimming assist device, the swimming assist device can be easily mounted on and detached from a body. At last, since an outer side of the swimming assist device is made of a fluorescent material, visibility of a location of the user in the water can be provided, thereby improving recognition to a lifeguard during an emergency. |
