<p>1283771 Reactive disazo dyes IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd 6 Jan 1970 [16 Jan 1969] 2664/69 Heading C4P New reactive disazo dyes of formula wherein D is the radical Np-N=N-Ar-, wherein Np is a naphthalene radical and Ar is a benzene or naphthalene series, which contains at least 3 SO 3 H groups, R is H or a C 1-4 alkyl or hydroxyalkyl group and X is a benzene, diphenylene or naphthalene nucleus or an aliphatic radical having at least 2 C atoms, are prepared by azo coupling and condensation processes. The dyes may be used to colour cellulose materials by the usual reactive dyeing processes in orange and red shades.</p> |
