<p>A hand cutting plastic pressure-sensitive tape is provided to improve the work speed by cutting the tape with both hands and to prevent a tape from being torn longitudinally when peeling off a tape from a roll tape. A roll tape(12) comprises (a) a paper tube(11) for winding a plastic adhesive tape and (b) a hand cutting plastic adhesive tape. A hand cutting plastic pressure-sensitive tape is manufactured by consecutively winding the plastic adhesive tape to the paper tube. The plastic adhesive tape comprises a plastic film coated with an adhesive. The plastic adhesive tape comprises a half sawing line containing a cutting hole or grooves(10a).</p>
