The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing pillow fillers and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing pillow fillers, in which bamboo threads and synthetic resin threads are twisted together, the twisted threads are heated and processed in a spherical shape, and the bamboo threads are exposed outer than the synthetic resin threads, so that a user can feel coolness and comfortability. According to the method for manufacturing pillow fillers and the pillow fillers, the synthetic resin threads, which have shrunk and puffed up, can provide sufficient cushioning and maintains elasticity for a long time, so that when the synthetic resin threads are used for pillow fillers, comfortable pillows can be provided. Further, the pillow fillers are formed using the synthetic resin threads as well as some natural materials, so that the pillow fillers are cheap, and the bamboo threads exposed to the outside can completely surround the surfaces of the synthetic resin threads, so that the synthetic resin threads provide sufficient cushioning, and the bamboo threads surround the outside, thereby achieving excellent ventilation. |
