A process for processing lignocellulose-containing and/or cellulose-containing particles for subsequent gluing in the course of producing chipboards, fibreboards or similar boards is described, in which, particularly to obtain a reduction of the pressing time of the boards and to favour the full-area gluing, the particles are thoroughly mixed directly in the charging region of a gluing machine and are simultaneously heated.
