PURPOSE:To make a feeder smaller, by causing an elastic member having a continuously-vibration-making spring effect to connect a pair of vibration inertia members supported on a base by an elastic support members. CONSTITUTION:An elastic member 7 having a continuously-vibration-making spring effect connects 2 vibration inertia members l, 2. In the arrangement, a number of balanced natual vibration of a vibration system is determined by spring constants K1, K2, K0 of elastic support members 3, 4 and the elastic member 7. When the constant K0 of the elastic member 7 is made three times greater than the constants K1, K2, a number of the natural vibration can be almost controlled by the constant K0, removing the effect of the constants K1, K2. Therefore, a number of the natural vibration can be controlled only by regulating the constant K0, which results in easy design, manufacture and adjustment of a feeder and makes the feeder smaller.
