The pressure monitor for pulsating liquids is provided with a switch, which responds to the liquid pulses, and with a time-measuring stage which is connected downstream of said switch and can be returned periodically to the zero position by actuating the switch. In this arrangement, a signal generator is connected at the output of the time-measuring stage. The time-measuring stage (4) consists of an electronic pulse generator (10) and a downstream electronic pulse counter (12). The frequency of the pulses emitted by the pulse generator (10) can preferably be set by an RC element (R2, C2). <IMAGE>
