VACUUM PRECISION CASTING FURNACE

摘要

The vacuum precision casting furnace controls the grain size of the casting products and produces the single crystal castings by using a resistance heating furnace. The vacuum precision furnace(20) comprises an induction semlting furnace(12); a resistance heating furnace(20) capable of heating a mold(14) in vacuum chamber(18); a mold removal chamber(22) connected to a vacuum chamber(18); and a mold supply chamber(26) connected to the vacuum chamber through a gate(24) positioned at rear side of the vacuum chamber(18).
